Changed the 'data' parameters from gpointer to gconstpointer for the

* glib.h, glist.h, gslist.h: Changed the 'data' parameters from
gpointer to gconstpointer for the functions
g_(list|slist)_(remove|find|find_custom|index), as they do not
change this parameter. This fixes bug #4836.
