glib/glib.symbols don't macroized g_access, g_chdir, and g_unlink either,

        * glib/glib.symbols
        * glib/gstdio.h: don't macroized g_access, g_chdir, and g_unlink
        either, since they have the same issue as g_rmdir. (Related to
        bug #325249)
