glib/gprintf.c Don't define _GNU_SOURCE on Windows, as _GNU_SOURCE has

* glib/gprintf.c
* glib/gnulib/vasnprintf.c: Don't define _GNU_SOURCE on Windows,
as _GNU_SOURCE has unintended side effects when compiling against
newest mingw headers.
