* Makefile.am (INCLUDES): -DG_DISABLE_DEPRECATED

* gmain.h timeloop.c: Surround the cruftiest stuff with
#ifndef G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED.

* gcompat.h gdate.h: Move compat defines back to
gdate.h, surround with #ifndef G_DISABLE_DEPRECATED.
Remove gcompat.h.
